N.B. Standard Issue Price can be varied on application form, at client's request.
Section 160 APE(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act now provides:
"A share in the company is taken for the purposes of this part to be in the same class as another in the company if the shares have the same, or substantially the same rights".
As you will see from the attached summary, all our share classes can now be distinguished separately from one another in respect of at least 2 rights, that is, voting and return of capital.
